GZGC2 GZGC2 SUSPENSION STAINLESS STEEL OVERLOAD DRUM MAIN FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS Cooperating with the energy saving,emission reducing and pollution improvement of leather industries,we have developed GZGC2 suspension stainless steel overload drum.The drum can reduce water consumption from soaking,tanning and dyeing process and consumption of chemical raw material ,so that it reduce the total emission of waste liquid.There is a new structure inside the drum,so that it makes leather softer and dyeing more even in the same process time.The drumming out of the drum will be more free but without hindrance.It can load over 33% more than ordinary drums and the loading capacity can reach to 60—70% of the drum volume. 1、The main part of GZGC2 suspension stainless steel overload drum is made up of the drum body,base,drive system,protection system,electrical control system and other parts.The auxiliary part in composed of liquid filtering(heating) circulating system,including filter,slag deposit tank,exhaust defoaming barrel,chemical material preparation barrel(with stream heater or electric heater and mixer inside),circulating pump,auxiliary control electrical box and so on.

2、The drum body is made of stainless steel sheet,with high quality insulation material filled between inner and outer shell.

3、Manual or auto-exhaust valve which is configured at one side of the drum will eliminate the pressure of the drum during working process.

4、High segmented shelves are installed inside the drum body.When the drum rotates,in can fully flip the leather and liquid regardless of the conventional load or overload capacity,making them both go under S-shape route during the flipping process,so that the leather won’t roll up even at a high speed.So there is no need to use positive and negative rotation with low speed to solve the problem that the leather will roll up.

5、The drum is equipped with automatic liquid circulation filtration system of single direction rotation.When the drum rotates along with the direction of automatic liquid circulation,the liquid inside the drum will flow out from the end of the shaft,then flow into the coaxial central tube by circulation system after filtration.By this way,it can filter out skin residues,fur and sundries in the liquid and reach the full mixture effect.Besides,when the liquid goes through the circulation system again, the content of liquid chemical material can be revised and PH value can be adjusted by human intervention,such as increase the liquid temperature or add more chemical material.

6、Auxiliary electrical control box is installed on the right side of the drum for convenience of operation.

7、Exhaust foaming device is installed to eliminate the bubble gas produced during the working process.

8、For the drive system:through the triangle rubber belt,leather belt pulley gear box and spur gear drive,the motor can make the transmission reliable and durable.The drive shaft of the gear box is configured with pneumatic brakes.

9、For the electrical control system:we adopt frequency control,PLC circuit control,pneumatic or manual control drive valve,automatic start pump at high liquid level and manual start pump at arbitrary liquid level ,etc. All can be set on the instrument controller,such as the machine temperature,rotation period,total running time,downtime and so on.
