The through-type low-temperature leather drying system we developed consists of hanging chain system,drying tunnel and drying temperature air conditioning unit.The drying tunnel is divided into several parts by low-temperature drying system to independently control the temperature and humidity and offer a steady and progressive drying environment for leather.The drying system can reduce the shrink during the drying process to the maximum extent and ensure high drying efficiency.

1、We adopt advanced rotation type adsorption dehumidification system during drying process to save the energy,the whole drying process is in control and the rate of energy utilization has increased.
2、The drying process is continuous,steady and can be automatically controlled by default.
The drying process is under a low-temperature environment,can minimize the leather shrinkage.
3、The drying process is under lower temperature and can reduce the shrink to the maximum extent.
4、It can increase drying efficiency and reduce the waiting time by air circulation with max airflow rate.
5、 The drying process is under closed circumstance and the stream produced during the drying process will make no difference on workshop,production equipment and other facilities.
6、The whole drying process is in visual management as the condition of each drying area and the position of each batch of leather can be shown on the touch screen.
7、The location of hanging and unloading leather can be arranged due to work flow,so the transmission process of leather can be finished at the same time.
